International Training Partners is a global network of Christian workers, facilitators and trainers from more than eighty partner organizations. We serve together in an informal partnership to provide training for those in cross-cultural Christian work.

We are Vic & Gwen Flaming and we serve with International Training Partners, focusing on training opportunities and needs across Asia. During our 32 years together we have lived and worked in Europe, the Caribbean, South Asia and for the past 12 years, Singapore. At the end of 2009 we once again started a transition - this time perhaps the biggest transition yet - to a small homestead in SE Nebraska. This is the place where Gwen's grandparents lived and her parents grew up and were married. We are at an exciting time in our lives, and we are finding out day by day how much we still need to grow and learn! We hope that you will enjoy reading our thoughts and journals as we travel together down our own personal paths. And, okay - sometimes we throw in some wierd stuff just to see if anyone is actually reading this. We welcome your comments and suggestions, and while we vet all comments to avoid spam, we will clear anything reasonable in as short of time possible so everyone can read your words of wisdom as well.
