International Training Partners is a global network of Christian workers, facilitators and trainers from more than eighty partner organizations. We serve together in an informal partnership to provide training for those in cross-cultural Christian work.

We are Vic & Gwen Flaming and we serve with International Training Partners, focusing on training opportunities and needs across Asia. During our 30 years together we have lived and worked in Europe, the Caribbean, South Asia and for the past 12 years, Singapore.

We are at an exciting time in our lives, and we are finding out day by day how much we still need to grow and learn! We hope that you will enjoy reading our thoughts and journals as we travel together down our own personal paths.
