International Training Partners is a global network of Christian workers, facilitators and trainers from more than eighty partner organizations. We serve together in an informal partnership to provide training for those in cross-cultural Christian work.

Worthy of Respect

I remember a Peanuts strip in which pepperment Patty said to Linus, "I should be an evangelist. Today I convinced a kid that my religion was better than his."

Linus responds, "How did you do that?"

Peppermint Patty says, "I hit him with my lunch box."

Deacons should not hit anyone with their lunch box -- or with anything else. They must display dignity and serious-mindedness in their ministry."
